（中央社記者黃麗芸台北29日電）北市1999自5月下旬起，提供運將和乘客免費英日翻譯。台北市長柯文哲今天建議是否考慮和交通部整合服務？北市研考會和交通局認為1999服務員可提供較精確在地化資訊。

柯文哲上午出席「交通會報」，議程包括「通譯服務中心」、「觀光公車規劃成果」、「巷弄交通環境改善」等。

台北市研考會表示，1999市民當家熱線5月下旬起提供計程車24小時免費英、日語通譯服務，讓司機與外國乘客不再雞同鴨講，將試辦到年底，目前1999設置英日語服務並無增加成本。

另外，韓語需求部分，由於增設成本相當高，可改撥電話到交通部觀光局，後續需求量若高再考慮增設。
